Role & Responsibilities

We seek a qualified and committed Aesthetic Doctor to join our expanding team. In this role, you will:

  • Provide professional consultations and perform medical aesthetic treatments (injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation and related procedures)
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, care, and service
  • Educate patients on treatment options, post-care, and long-term skin health
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
  • Stay updated on the latest techniques, protocols, and technologies in aesthetics
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced medical and clinic teams

Requirements

  • Recognised medical degree with valid Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration
  • MOH-accredited in aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers, skin treatments)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience preferred (training will be provided for newly accredited doctors)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development

Job Title: Hair Transplant Assistant

Description: Our clinic is looking for a highly motivated and skilled assistant to join our team. As a hair transplant assistant, you will work closely with our team of hair restoration doctors and technicians to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with hair transplant procedure.
  • Preparing the room and instruments for procedures.
  • Monitoring patients during procedure to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Providing patient education and support, including answering questions and providing aftercare instructions

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Hair/Aesthetics discipline
  • Prior experience in a hair restoration or medical setting is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals

Job Description:

  • Content Strategy & Planning
    • Brainstorm, curate, plan, and execute engaging content across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.).
  • Creative Development
    • Create and edit high-quality static visuals and videos, including reels, GIFs, and short-form content.
  • Trendspotting & Engagement
    • Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and platform updates.
    • Utilize trending topics and moments to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Publishing & Scheduling
    • Manage and schedule posts using social media tools and content calendars to maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal team members (marketing executives and liaisons) and external partners (media, influencers, and content creators) to amplify campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall digital strategy.

Requirements:

  • A proactive self-starter who is also a team player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Visually creative with a strong aesthetic sensibility and digital trend awareness.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and/or medical aesthetics (industry experience is a strong advantage).
