We seek a qualified and committed Aesthetic Doctor to join our expanding team. In this role, you will:

• ⁠Provide professional consultations and perform medical aesthetic treatments (injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation and related procedures)
• ⁠Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, care, and service
• ⁠Educate patients on treatment options, post-care, and long-term skin health
• ⁠Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
• Stay updated on the latest techniques, protocols, and technologies in aesthetics
• ⁠Work collaboratively with our experienced medical and clinic teams

Requirements

• Recognised medical degree with valid Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration
• MOH-accredited in aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers, skin treatments)
• ⁠Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience preferred (training will be provided for newly accredited doctors)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will take full ownership of IDS Group’s integrated marketing function across three entities — IDS Clinic, IDS Aesthetics, and IDS Skincare. This is a mid to senior leadership role responsible for strategy, campaign execution, digital presence, CRM, agency management, and team development. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution ability, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end integrated marketing strategies across IDS Clinic, IDS Aesthetics, and IDS Skincare.
• Lead a team of marketing executives and a CRM specialist to deliver impactful campaigns.
• ⁠Manage digital channels, including social media, EDM, SEO, influencer marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and external partners.
• ⁠Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

What We Are Looking

• At least 5 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns.
• ⁠Strong command of social media, CRM/EDM, SEO, and marketplace marketing.
• ⁠A natural people leader — able to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• ⁠Commercially minded with a sharp eye for data and campaign ROI.
• ⁠Excellent communicator, confident in presenting to management and external stakeholders.
• ⁠Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or skincare is a significant bonus.

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Responsibility

• Maintaining full set of accounts of multiple companies
• Assist in preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, GST reports.
• Assisting with the improvement of accounting processes
• Checking of claims & sales commission submitted by various department and associate companies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy
• Full-set accounting experience in Singapore
• With logistics experience preferred
• Meticulous & accurate

Provides day-to-day support to the finance team by managing routine accounting activities, including:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Invoice processing
