1) All doctors rendering teleconsultation with video services under the IDS brand name, are our IDS Doctors.

2) Ensure sufficient lighting during the teleconsultation process, so that our doctors can view you clearly. Please do not activate “touch up my appearance” feature on zoom.

3) Do note that identity verification will be required as part of MOH guidelines. Do prepare any form of identification with your picture, for our doctor’s to verify during the teleconsultation process.

4) Video-recordings will be done during all teleconsultation, as part of the MOH guidelines for clinical records of patients.

5) Our customer service staff contact you via calls or email, 10mins to 30mins prior to your scheduled slot as a reminder.

6) Teleconsultation will be available from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm only.

7) Bookings submitted after 6pm will be responded on the next working day, between 10.30am to 12.30pm.
