WHAT IS GOURI?

Gouri is an anti-aging injectable for the entire face using PCL (polycaprolactone). It is not a filler for localized effect nor a skin booster but a bio-remodeling agent that spreads into the whole face to encourage sustainable collagen synthesis of natural skin that gives a youthful look. 

Gouri is made by DEXLEVO, which uses its CESABP Technology (Collagen Enabled Solubilized Active and Biodegradable Polymer Technology) to enable the regeneration of natural skin collagen and rejuvenate your skin. 

Gouri comes in a 1cc profiled syringe of fully liquid PCL without Micro-sized Particle. It encourages lifting and collagen stimulation for the entire face and the peri-orbital area. The results usually last between 10 months to 1 year and are administered using a very fine 30G needle at the deep dermis of the skin, at only 10 points on the face. This allows the PCL to spread naturally and thinly inside the skin by itself to enhance Neo-collagenesis.

What is CESABP Technology?

What are the key benefits of Gouri? 

GOURI is a liquid type of PCL (polycaprolactone) injectable. Gouri rejuvenates our skin by promoting collagenesis on the entire face. Spreading naturally over the whole face, GOURI generates collagen synthesis, which has decreased due to the skin-aging.

How long does it take to see results? 

Depending on the inpidual, our body needs time to induce neocollagenesis after the injection. The visual difference can be seen within 1-2 weeks. 

How long does Gouri result last? 

Depending on the inpidual, effects can last between 6 months to a year. 

Can Gouri be used on the body? 

Gouri is recommended for use on the face only. Clinical trials are ongoing for hand and neck application. 

What is the difference between Gouri and other high polymer products? 

It is different from other high polymer products. Existing products are not fully liquid. They are formed by mixing high polymer material powder (PCL and PLLA) with liquid saline or CMC gel. As a result, they can't spread out into the entire face and have a high risk of complications. They give effect on the localized part only. Moreover, there is a risk of hypercorrection in cases when too much material is injected. 

What is the composition of Gouri per syringe? 

It contains 21% of PCL (polycaprolactone).

What is the recommended number of sessions? 

Gouri is recommended for three sessions, four weeks apart. After the 3rd session, additional 1 or 2 sessions can be applied with 3-6 months intervals to maintain the collagen rate.

Can Gouri be combined with other injectables? 

One of the strong features of GOURI is its compatibility with other products, but it is recommended to have a 1-month interval before or after other treatments.
